Data controller

Contact form
Form data (name, e-mail, company, role, optionally phone and message) is processed to handle your enquiry and to contact you again about a pilot or cooperation — under legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Marketing communication happens only after a separate, voluntary consent; you can withdraw it at any time.
How your enquiry reaches us (Telegram)
A submitted enquiry — with all form fields — is forwarded to the controller via the Telegram messenger (a Telegram bot). Telegram's operator is established outside the European Union, so to that extent the form data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. If you prefer another channel, write to us directly by e-mail or call us.
Live demo
The demo block shows footage from public road cameras processed solely to demonstrate the technology. Faces and licence plates are irreversibly blurred before display; raw footage is not stored (on-the-fly processing).
Visit statistics — Google Analytics 4 (only with your consent)
If you click “Accept” in the banner, the site turns on Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Without consent the Google script is not loaded and nothing is sent to Google. We measure: page views, scrolling, clicks on buttons and links (including the e-mail address and phone number), opening FAQ questions, use of the demo block, starting and submitting the form — from the form only the categories picked from the drop-down lists (role, facility type, number of cameras), never your name, e-mail, company, phone or message — plus approximate location (country, city) and device and browser type. Google Signals and ad personalisation are off. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). Google may also process this data in the USA (Google LLC, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Cookies and browser storage
Without your consent the site stores no cookies at all. After you click “Accept”, Google Analytics stores the cookies _ga and _ga_PMM6DENPC9 (a random browser and session identifier) for 14 months after your last visit. Your banner choice is remembered in the browser's storage (localStorage, key sa_consent) so that the banner does not come back on every visit.
How to withdraw consent
At any time: the “Cookie settings” button in the footer of every page → “Reject”. Measurement stops immediately and the _ga cookies are deleted. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
Server logs
The server keeps technical request logs (including IP address, date and time, page address, browser type) to keep the site secure and running and to count visits in aggregate (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Statistical summaries are made without IP addresses; the logs themselves are overwritten automatically after a short time.
Recipients
Data is stored on servers in the European Union operated by Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). Recipients also include Telegram — the channel through which form enquiries reach the controller (transfer outside the EEA, see above) — and, only with your consent, Google (Google Analytics 4). We do not sell data.
Retention
Contact data from the form (name, e-mail, company, phone, message) is kept without a fixed time limit — until you ask us to delete it or object — so that we can contact you again about a pilot or cooperation, even after a long time (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can ask for deletion at any time by writing to zmei116@gmail.com. Statistics in Google Analytics are kept for 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, to object, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish DPA (PUODO, uodo.gov.pl).
